Anti-F-actin Antibodies (a-F-actin)

A blood test used to detect antibodies against F-actin, a protein that forms part of the cellular cytoskeleton. These antibodies are primarily associated with autoimmune hepatitis and may help in the diagnosis of autoimmune liver diseases. Results should always be interpreted in conjunction with clinical symptoms and other laboratory findings.
