Product detailed description
Anti-Milk Antibodies (a-Milk)
A blood test used to detect antibodies against components of cow's milk. The test helps assess the body's immune response to milk and may be used as part of the evaluation of digestive complaints, skin manifestations, or other symptoms that occur in association with the consumption of dairy products. Results should always be interpreted in conjunction with clinical symptoms and other diagnostic findings.
IgA – Antibodies primarily associated with the mucosal immune response of the gastrointestinal tract. Their presence may reflect an immune reaction to components of cow's milk at the level of the intestinal mucosa.
IgG – Antibodies reflecting exposure of the immune system to milk proteins. Their measurement may be included as part of a comprehensive assessment of the body's response to milk and dairy products.
IgM – Antibodies that are typically produced during the early stages of an immune response. Their presence may indicate recent exposure of the immune system to components of cow's milk and provides additional information for the overall evaluation of the immune response to dairy products.
