Children's Preventive Health Checkup
The preventive health package for children ages 5 and up is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of key areas of children’s health, growth, and development. A single blood draw is used to evaluate blood count and hematopoiesis, iron stores, levels of essential vitamins, thyroid, liver, and kidney function, basal metabolism, and selected minerals.
The test can help detect, for example, iron or vitamin deficiencies, signs of anemia, thyroid dysfunction, or certain abnormalities in basic biochemical parameters. It also includes a CRP test, which can indicate an ongoing inflammatory process.
This package is suitable as a preventive health checkup for your child, but also in cases of prolonged fatigue, reduced performance, paleness, loss of appetite, an unbalanced diet, or when you need a broader overview of your child’s nutritional status.
