Choose your preferred collection site during the order process. No appointment is required at most of our collection sites.

Enter your contact details, including your date of birth, and then pay for your order using your preferred payment method.
Payment information →Receive your test request form
Once your payment has been received, you will receive an order confirmation followed by your test request form with collection instructions by email within 15 minutes.
Visit the collection site
Present your test request form at the collection site. The healthcare professional will then guide you through the sample collection process.
Receive your results by email
Your laboratory report will be sent to you by secure email. The turnaround time depends on the type of test selected.
How to prepare for your blood draw
Proper preparation before your blood draw helps ensure the most accurate laboratory results possible.
The day before your blood draw, avoid strenuous physical activity or intensive exercise.
In the afternoon and evening before your blood draw, avoid fatty foods.
Blood samples should generally be collected while fasting.
On the morning of your blood draw, drink approximately 250 ml of water or unsweetened tea.
If you are allergic to disinfectants or certain types of adhesive plasters, inform the healthcare professional performing the collection.
Are you ordering a test for someone else?
If you are ordering a test for another person, please enter the first and last name of the person being tested in the order form.
Are you also ordering dietary supplements?
Simply select the collection site for your laboratory test as usual during checkout. Your dietary supplements will then automatically be shipped by Packeta or PPL to the address entered in your order.
Your laboratory report securely by email
Your results will be sent to you by secure email. To open the laboratory report, use the password you receive by SMS. Results are sent within the turnaround time stated for each individual test, which you can find in the green “Result in” badge.
