What method is used?

The test utilizes real-time PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) technology with TaqMan fluorescent probes, one of the most sensitive methods available for detecting HPV DNA. The analysis targets the E6/E7 genes, which are characteristic of individual HPV genotypes.

Do not use this self-collection test in the following situations:

• If you have an acute gynecological condition or are currently experiencing any gynecological symptoms.
• During menstruation or if you have any vaginal bleeding.
• If you have an injury to the vagina or cervix.
