    Product detailed description

    Antithrombin is a natural inhibitor of blood coagulation that prevents excessive clot formation by suppressing the activity of thrombin and other coagulation factors. Measuring antithrombin levels helps identify congenital or acquired deficiencies that raise the risk of venous thrombosis. It is also used to monitor patients with coagulation disorders or during heparin therapy.
