Používám už několik měsíců, jelikož po tréninku nejsem následný den tak unaven a můžu normál trénovat dále. Zejména ztuhlost nohou po dlouhých výbězích klesla na minimum. Ve finále i zmizlo takovéto nějaké škubání ve svalech, křeče jako takové jsem nikdy neměl... Doporučuju !!!
